Health and Safety Commitment

In Aik Moh, the commitment to safety flows throughout the organisation and employees are included in the approach because of their involvement in its development. Aik Moh shares in the concerns about the health of workers and safety in both the premises of Aik Moh and her customers.

We have taken proactive steps to ensure a safe workplace. To reinforce the value of safety to the company and to consistently engage our employees, Aik Moh hosts monthly departmental and safety committee meetings. We also work closely with government agencies like Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and align our operations to be in compliance with the new Workplace Safety and Health Act.
